Desert Journey DXB Welcome
We’re pleased you’re considering joining us to discover the desert. We’d appreciate it if you could take a minute or two to read our Terms & Conditions before embarking on your adventure. We’ve made it all as simple, uncomplicated, and fair—as good business.
By making a booking of any portion of our tours or services, you’re agreeing to the below conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
A guaranteed booking reserves your place on our experience just for you.
To secure your booking, full payment or a deposit might be required, depending on tour style.
We pay securely online, by bank transfer, or local cash (when available).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Shit happens—we get it. Here’s the deal with cancellations:
- Free cancellation when booking over 48 hours prior to your booked tour.
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours prior to the tour.
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours prior or no-show.
- If we are forced to cancel due to weather, safety, or other unpredictable conditions, you will receive a full refund or reschedule.
3. Safety First
Safety is our number one priority.
We employ trained guides and certified drivers.
By joining our tours, you agree you will be held accountable for following safety precautions and being held responsible.
If you have any medical issues, please let us know in advance—some things just aren’t for everyone.
4. Desert Conditions
We love the desert—but it is an odd place.
Weather or ground conditions occasionally vary slightly from the tour experience.
In exceptional situations, parts of the schedule can be changed in an attempt to make you feel comfortable and safe.
5. Families & Children
We’re happy you’re visiting of all ages!
Some activities (like dune bashing) have age or height restrictions for your safety.
Children must stay with a grown-up at all times on the tour.
6. Personal Items
Take whatever you want to have with you.
Personal items broken or lost on tour are not our responsibility.
Cameras, phones, sunglasses—handle with care.
7. Photography & Sharing
We love having our photos taken—and we’d love for you to love it too.
We can photograph or record on tours for promotional reasons.
If you’d prefer not to be photographed, don’t worry—your comfort is our priority.
8. Culture & Nature Respect
We’re privileged to share the UAE’s desert heritage with you.
Respect wildlife, local culture, and nature.
Leave nothing but footprints—and memories.
