Although we try our best to show you as much wildlife as possible, we cannot forecast the whereabouts of every species. Thus, we cannot guarantee that you will see all the animals if they decide to change their plans.

There can be a maximum of four passengers in our cars. Up to four persons are also intended to occupy the exclusive VIP Desert Safari seating at the campground.

It is advised to wear modest clothing and suitable walking shoes.

There are restrooms at the campsite.

Sandboarding is subject to weather conditions and is available upon request.

During Ramadan and other religious holidays, there may be changes to the entertainment and adult beverage services.

A certain amount of the money you pay promotes conservation efforts in the area.

It is not advised to get involved if you are suffering from heart conditions or neck or back issues.

Please be conscious that while you are welcome to join us on all other excursions, expecting moms and visitors with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate in the dune drive portion of the trip.

Age policy

1. The kid rate is accessible to children between 3 and 11. Adult costs will be applied after the age of twelve.

2. A private car must be reserved, and the child’s specifics must be submitted at the time of booking if you would like to book a seat for a child on this tour who is under 135 cm tall or between the ages of 2 and 5.

Payments Options

Many payment methods are available and accepted, such as cash on delivery, online bank transfer, and ATM card payment; however, there is a 5% service charge for online bank transfers and ATM card payments. There are no additional fees. If more customers than our 4×4 pickup and drop-off cars can accommodate, we have many more vehicles, including small and large buses, available. We offer house and hotel pickup and drop-off services.

Reservation Verification

Please tell us your good name, the hotel where you will be picked up and dropped off, and your UAE-based cell phone number for the Booking Confirmation. Should you miss your local UAE mobile number, please provide us with your regular WhatsApp number. If that still doesn’t work, you can send us, and our driver will contact you from the hotel reception. Maintaining communication is essential because we will notify you of any modifications to your tour in case of unanticipated events or weather-related delays.

Cancellation Policy

Although all the information, pricing, schedules, and routings listed here are accurate, they could only change if notified.

We have the right to cancel any trip or amend any element of the tour at our discretion without prior notification. 

We reserve the right to modify our operating schedules and the routes of some tours and safaris during the holy month of Ramadan, during the summer months, or due to force majeure.

If the whole cost of the Activity is not paid to us at least two (2) days before the Activity begins, we reserve the right to cancel any booking. The total price of any activity is due and payable at the time of booking.

If your reservation is canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of an activity, you will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation will occur if you do not arrive at the Activity’s Activity’s designated location. 

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or remove any portion of an activity for which you have made a reservation, with or without prior notice. Because of the nature of many delays and cancellations, they may occur from circumstances outside our control or the control of our suppliers, including bad weather, accidents, illness, governmental limitations, and other force majeure occurrences. In these situations, we and the provider of the relevant Activity may offer a refund, either in whole or in part.
